Biography
Victoria Pinoncely is a PhD candidate at Ecole Normale Supérieure (ENS) – Paris Sciences & Lettres and a Fellow of the EU Marie Skłodowska-Curie RECITY programme. Her doctoral research examines the historical trajectories of shrinking cities and more specifically the extent to which they present path dependent features. Before joining the ENS, Victoria worked in the UK as a policy researcher and urban planner following the obtention of her MSc in Regional and Urban Planning Studies from the London School of Economics.
